Pastor Samuel Saye Dokie,Jr., a native of Liberia was born unto the union of Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Saye Dokie,Sr. in Monrovia, Liberia.

When he gave his life to the Lord, the fire of his conversion was so great that he was compelled to share his faith with everyone he met. He was given a word of prophecy stating that he would be an Apostle, but he had no understanding of what it meant at that time.

Pastor Dokie began his education and completed elementary,Junior high and Senior High School education back home in Liberia, before he fled for his life to Ghana during the heat of the civil war.
Pastor Dokie came to Ghana in 1990, as he fled for his life during the heat of the civil war back home in Liberia. And he has been living in Ghana as a refugee at the Buduburam Refugee camp for the past 19 years now.

While in Ghana,he was blessed by God to have received two scholarships from the United Nations High Commission for Refugees that enabled him to have attended the Valley View University and graduated with an Associate Degree in Social Work. And then the Central University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology/Mission.

As he continued to experience the hands of God upon his life in a dynamic way, he then moved onto the Anagkazo Bible & Ministry Training College and graduated with a Diploma in Practical Pastoral Ministry.

Pastor Dokie knew that the Lord has called him to preach, teach and raise leaders for the work of the Lord.

He is married to Pastor Sarah Wellington Dokie and they are blessed with three children two wonderful girls who are their biological daughters 13yrs and 4yrs and one adopted boy 11yrs.
